Welcome to Otherguy Studios (https://ogstudios.kezzi.co). By creating an account, logging in, or accessing our site services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

1. Accounts & Authentication

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. You agree not to share your credentials or attempt to access accounts belonging to other users. If your account shows signs of unauthorized compromise, it may be placed under administrative lockout or suspension until ownership is verified.

2. Role-Based Access Control

Access to specific sections, features, and administrative controls on Otherguy Studios is restricted according to assigned user roles (including, but not limited to, developer, admin, super_admin, irl, school, and other). Attempting to exploit, bypass, or tamper with role checks or permission systems is strictly prohibited.

3. Chatroom & Community Rules

When participating in public or private chatrooms and interactive features across the site, you must adhere to basic community safety standards. The following actions are strictly forbidden:

- Engaging in malicious platform manipulation or unauthorized database/state tampering.

- Harassment, threat of violence, or endangering the safety of event attendees, staff, or community members.

- Spamming, unauthorized advertisement, or distributing malicious links or scripts.

4. Account Enforcement, Bans, & Suspensions

Otherguy Studios reserves the right to issue warnings, place accounts on administrative hold, or permanently terminate access at any time for violations of these terms, platform security risks, or safety policy infractions. Upon account ban or suspension, active user sessions will be terminated immediately.

5. Appeals & Account Recovery

If your account has been isolated due to a security lock or compromise, you must reach out directly via official communication channels (such as verified Discord channels or direct developer support) to complete identity verification and request a password/credential reset.

6. Limitation of Liability & Service Availability

All services and chatroom features provided on Otherguy Studios are supplied on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or suspend services without prior notice.
